These terms govern your use of TranslateGo, a service provided by ToanKhonTech. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

TranslateGo provides automated live transcription, translation, voice playback, history, and related features across supported platforms. Automated translations can contain errors, omissions, or delays. Do not rely on TranslateGo as the sole source for emergency, medical, legal, safety-critical, or other high-risk decisions.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. One account may be used across supported devices by its authorized user unless your team plan states otherwise.

Plans, time, and payment

Paid plans include a stated amount of translation time. Billing periods, included time, renewal terms, taxes, and any additional usage charges are shown before purchase. We may change future pricing with advance notice, but changes will not retroactively alter a completed billing period.

Acceptable use

Do not use TranslateGo to violate law, infringe rights, intercept communications without permission, distribute harmful content, disrupt the service, bypass usage limits, or attempt to discover or misuse non-public systems and credentials.

Your content

You retain rights in content you provide. You grant ToanKhonTech the limited rights needed to process that content and deliver the features you request. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required to record, transcribe, or translate other people.

Availability and changes

We work to keep TranslateGo reliable, but availability is not guaranteed. Features, supported languages, and platform requirements may change. Beta features may be modified or discontinued.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, TranslateGo is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation or perfect translation accuracy. ToanKhonTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss resulting from use of the service.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend access when necessary to protect users, comply with law, prevent abuse, or address non-payment. You may stop using TranslateGo or close your account subject to any active billing commitments.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country. Questions may be sent to support@toankhontech.com.

If a separate written agreement applies to your organization, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms.
